Victor - I'm pushing forward with the new front pages and re-organization
of the wiki pages.

The Fineract-CN project, part of the Fineract Community, is a bit hard to
characterize at the moment. Once the release is made:

   - Can it be used as a stand alone system?
   - Can it be used in conjunction with Fineract1.x? Using the same
   database?
   - What kinds of volumes of accounts and transactions can it handle and
   how well does it scale?
   - What kinds of use cases is it made for?

Thanks
@james
