All - We are now past the voting period of 72 hrs. We welcome additional
validations but we will now tally and present the results.

RELATED:
Note that as a matter of rule, the PMC may relax the 72 hour MINIMUM for
voting, but we typically choose to follow this as a matter of practice.  We
may, for security patches decide to do faster-than-72 hr releases on an
exceptional basis.

We also may, and have in the past, held the vote open for longer.  I see no
reason to do so here.
