Ádám got the tests working (yay!!) so I'm thinking we're good to merge https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/4870 , then tomorrow I'll:

1. discard the 1.12.0 release artifacts
2. discard the |release/1.12.0| branch
3. start a 1.12.1 release branch
4. tag & build 1.12.1 and start a new vote

The only changes between 1.12.0 and 1.12.1 will be test fixes and some bug fixes. 1.12.0 won't be released.

Bummer! Thanks for the heads up, Ádám.

I think folks can still do the verification steps, but yeah, I agree we should *pause **1.12.0*.* Please hold your votes for now*.

Hopefully we'll find the build is OK to proceed as-is (even if there are false positive test results), but just let me know either way. If I need to create another build I'll create 1.12.1 and discard 1.12.0 rather than try to change it.

Unfortunately during testing I have learnt, *our current github actions workflow produces fail-positive outcomes*, but behind the curtains some of the tests are failing!

I would like to ask you to please put ON HOLD the release till this issues got addressed and fixed!

I will let you know about my progress!
