I got help from ASF infra uploading the release candidate files to 
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/fineract/1.12.1/ (Thank you 
Daniel!). You'll find the same files in there as in 
https://adammonsen.com/tmp/1.12.1/ , but don't take my word for it... 
please check them yourself and get your vote in ASAP.
