Kaushal - there is basic customer create flows in Fineract but not full featured enough. Most build their own solutions on top of Fineract or use commercial eKYC services.
There’s only a few vendors who build proprietary solutions while remaining upstream on Fineract. Contact me off list Having more evolved onboarding flows is potentially a good idea for the project but I worry it adds too much scope. At a minimum the Fineract system should provide key customer data points like eKYC date and validation method to the customer record .
