Hi *Fineract Community*, I'm Vignesh, a final-year Information Technology student. I am an aspiring contributor for GSoC 2026 and have been focusing on the core banking logic within the Fineract ecosystem.
I have a strong interest in Java and the progressive loan module. To begin my contribution journey, I have already submitted a fix for *FINERACT-2520* (PR #5592), which addresses a logic gap where disbursement charges were being omitted from the total repayment expected in the progressive loan schedule.
