Summary: If the disbursement date is modified during loan
disbursement the first repayment date generated is not proper

1. Create a loan product with interest recalculation enabled.
2. Submit new loan application for a client on 01 January 2016, and expected
disbursement date as 01 January 2016.
3. Approve on 01 January 2016.
4. While disbursing the modify the date as 06 May 2016
> The repayment schedule date generated is from 01 February 2016.
It should start from 06 June 2016.
