Summary: If "Post Interest For Savings" and "Update Savings
Dormant Accounts" scheduler jobs are executed together then post interest
scheduler job fails

1. Create a savings product with Enable Dormancy Tracking with
Number of Days to Inactive sub-status as 30
Number of Days to Dormant sub-status as 40
Number of Days to Escheat as 50.
2. Create a client and submit new savings application for a client on 01 April
2016. Approve and activate the account on same date.
3. Click on the scheduler job "Post Interest For Savings" and "Update Savings
Dormant Accounts" and execute them.
4. Post interest for savings scheduler job fails and displayed improper message
in the error log.
