An additional issue that submit and similar events cause for userale is that in
initiating a refresh, they refresh userale, and also refresh useralejs default
sesssion_id.
likely this won't be a problem where cookies or sessionStorage data are passed
to sessionId via the script tag parameter (this isn't actually in
documentation, but we do have a get argument attached to sessionId in get
initial settings).
