Apache Flex currently supports SOAP 1.1. 

Do you have any info on what the issue is? ie Does it fail to parse the WSDL or 
does it fail on a specific type of call? A trace of the WebService call from 
Flex would be useful. If may be possible to add the sub set of SOAP 1.2 
features that Dot net 2.0 expects.
