Hi folks, Last night I checked in support for library projects when building your FlexJS applications. See the READme and get the latest FlexJSOverlay.zip from: http://people.apache.org/~aharui/FlexJS/.
You can now use the "JS COMPC" launch configuration to convert the .as files for a SWC to .js files, then add another -sdk-js-lib path to those .js files when building your application.
