Hi, I've just checked in a new version of the installer that lets you select the Air and Flash Player versions. Also added Linux support - but that's totally untested.
The list of AIR/FP versions are specified in the config file so when a new version of AIR or Flash comes out we can just update the config file and it will become a new selection in the AIR/FP selection screen. Magic! It's not complete and I'm probably not going to have much time on it over the next few weeks to complete it. It requires: - Pretty up the AIR/FP selection screen. - Add missing resources - in all languages. - Testing on windows and OSX. - Check that config file contain right swf and flash player versions. May need more code to fix this. Some nice to haves: - Indicate which combinations of Air and Flash Player have been tested with Apache Flex. - Earlier versions of AIR (version 2) had a different license - show that instead of the version 3 one. - See if we can get it working on Linux.
