Subject: [VOTE] Let's move JIRA emails to a new list
This vote is on the following proposal:
Create a list: j...@flex.apache.org. All JIRA emails generated by
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLEX will go only to the new
list. jira@f.a.o will function the same as commits@f.a.o. - people
subscribe themselves and the 'reply-to' is dev@f.a.o, so conversations
started in response to emails on the new list will be sent there.
