I use... [anypath]/flex-sdk [anypath]/flex-tlf Just the default folder naming. Fred can tell you how to rename/move change things to fully customize the pathing layout.

So I followed the instructions in the README file, and noticed some things that seem not to be as expected: 1) README says you can set PLAYERGLOBAL_HOME, ..., TLF_HOME in env.properties. All vars are referenced and explained in env-template.properties, except TLF_HOME 2) Build.properties says release.version = 4.10.0, air.version = 3.7 and playerglobal.version=11.1. Shouldn't it be 3.8 and 11.8 ? What do you think?
