Ant's xmlproperty task doesn't seem to like repeated tag names.  It seems
to want to flatten the xml tree into dot path expressions.  So I need to
have some sort of unique tag name.  I can use the entire word "version" as
in (version4.9.1, version4.10.0) as I did in other parts of the file if
that would make you happier.
