I'm not aware of any AutoComplete component donations to Apache Flex. I selfishly like the one I built ( http://www.flextras.com/?event=ProductHome&productID=19 ) and I've heard a lot of good things about Hillel Coren's AutoComplete ( hillelcoren.com/flex-autocomplete/).
