Ignore this - it's not an issue. It was my path than had "RC3" in it.

Well it shouldn't have a copy of AIR4 lab version in the cache so that points
to it downloading the wrong one.

Yes it's correct in 4.11.0 as released they are specified like so
"xxxx_${build.number}.swf".
