I am also asking myself. Didn't manage to get a Windows 8 device to try. 1) it seems Windows 8 RT and Windows 8 Pro are completely different beasts.
2) how do you use the tactile API with Flash on Windows 8. It seems that it's only available in AIR (airglobal.swc) but is it recognized and available ?
