I just checked my IntelliJ output, and it looks much the same as yours, piotr, except it works (strangely). It just did, as soon as I managed to install Flex 4.14.0 RC.
My first idea would be to check if the contents of our installations are identical or not (maybe a script didn't run well, or something didn't download, etc.). Here are mine [1]. You could export yours with ls -R > out.txt, and do a diff.
