Out of interest can you get to it via both https and htttp?
both work fine from a browser.
Perhaps hitting some limit with the number of https connections??
think that unlikely. if this was the case it would have to be saturated all of
the time as i ran the installer at wildly different times & immediately checked
w/browser which always worked. everybody would be complaining. perhaps installer
issue or change in my network.
