Hi Alex,

from the usability point of view I'd propose a think like this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=spKJ2jbnVI8&list=PLa1F2ddGya__l2Tk4zzq8c6CNGPCjQaS4

This is the Blender Conference 2015, just an example...

This guys record in separate videos and the upload all of them to the
youtube account and organize all together in a play list. So people could
search and play the content they prefer. In the recording process, I think
just a modern smartphone would do what is needed, although more
professional gear would be awesome, but not required (IMHO).

In the end, this would support people that come to us several months from
now on (in my case, I reach to the Blender videos few days ago, and could
watch some content, since when it was recorded I wasn't aware of that
conference...)

So very practical in the end.

I'd not recommend to use Adobe Connect, even Vimeo is not the perfect way
to share and spread the word. I think, nowadays, youtube is where people
goes when they want to search for video content, and, if they are searching
for "FlexJS", they should end in these videos ;)

In my particular case, I could go Adobe Connect...but that's me, and not
the main stream...

just my thoughts :)
