FWIW, there is supposedly an "Import from MS Word" feature.  It is
supposedly helpful for creating new pages, but if you edit a page, the
change control doesn't see the small edits.  There is also some plugin
called RoadRunner, but I haven't tried it.

Do we have control over the way our pages look, or is that fixed by
Confluence and/or the ASF?
