Cannot run Apache FlexJS from NPM

I tried installing FlexJS from NPM, but when I try to run asjsc, I get the
following error in my terminal.

/usr/local/bin/asjsc: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

I'm on Mac 10.11.5.

Any ideas?
