I noticed this method never fires inside BindableCSSStyles class. Is it
supposed to be?

public function set watchedProperty(value:Object):void
{
        if (_value !== value)
        {
                _value = value;
                if (_strand is IBeadView)
                    IBeadView(_strand).host.dispatchEvent(new
Event("layoutNeeded"));
                else
                    IEventDispatcher(_strand).dispatchEvent(new
Event("layoutNeeded"));
        }
}
