for 1),

1.-

 * asjs is ok if in the future others efforts for new outputs would go to
another repo(ie.: for iOS, "royale-ios"? or "royale-asios"?, if not,
"royale-framework" seems ok to me
 * typedefs seems ok to me: "royale-typedefs"
 * falcon is ok if we want to continue with that codename. but as you said
I prefer "royale-compiler"
 * tourjs, again if the future plan is that tourjs will only do js output,
but more correct would be "royale-tour" (we should remove js prefix if the
intention is to let the possibility to be more multi output )

but the question here is if renaming would be tricky to do or something
relatively easy making a search-replace of strings...

2.- Completely, we should relay only on Git to have our version control easy

3.- In this case don't have all the info about what could it be better, I
suppose that if we Royale will be more "GitHub" based" maybe Github should
be the best...
