Hi Peter, I have setup environment variable JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS to -Dfile.encoding=UTF8. I haven't fix any executable issue. Alex mention that there is script in FlexJS build.xml which changing files with those who have exe extensions, but I didn't have time to implement those.
