By the way, we could also find a common name for operators with two inputs. Sometimes it's "TwoInputXXX", "DualInputXXX", "BinaryInputXXX"... pretty inconsistent.

Oh, that's right. We return MapOperator for DataSet operations. Stephan's
point makes sense.
