I would like to set the default value of 
{{taskmanager.runtime.hashjoin-bloom-filters}} to {{false}} until FLINK-2545 is 
fixed. This issue is to keep track of this for the upcoming release. After 
FLINK-2545 is fixed, this issue becomes obsolete.
