When the stream iteration head finishes before the iteration tail acquires the
feedback queue, the tail will block indefinitely.
This happened here:

You can provoke this by adding a sleep before acquiring the feedback queue in
{{StreamIterationTail}} and running {{IterateTest.testSimpleIteration}}.
