currently the test case in
flink-libraries/flink-table/src/test/scala/org/apache/flink/table/api/scala/batch/table/JoinITCase.scala
will throw a ValidationException indicating: “Invalid non-join predicate 'b <
3. For non-join predicates use Table#where.”
