HAQueryableStateRocksDBBackendITCase test cause outofmemoryerror and never stop

Hi,
I run HAQueryableStateRocksDBBackendITCase#testValueStateDefault test class on 
my local machine. And it hangs always and in the end gives me a outofmemory 
error.
