The Flink community does not operate a slack channel. All relevant development communication is happening on the [email protected] mailing list to which you posted with your mail. I've given you Contributor permissions for Flink's JIRA. This means, you can now assign issues to yourself. I've also assigned FLINK-9178 to you.
