+1 - verified signatures and hashes - started cluster for both Scala 2.11 and 2.12, ran examples, verified web ui and log output (there is an exception in the log when running without Hadoop, should fix that but not a blocker) - manually verified the diff pom files between 1.7.1 and 1.7.2 to check dependencies, looks good - built successfully from source
