The new {{ResultPartitionType}} : {{BLOCKING_PERSISTENT}} is similar to
{{BLOCKING}} except it might be consumed for several times and will be released
after TM shutdown or {{ResultPartition}} removal request.
This is the basis for Interactive Programming.
