Summary: Convert CatalogTable to TableSourceTable with additional

Pass the watermark information (named {{WatermarkSpec}}) into
{{TableSourceTable}} when {{DatabaseCalciteSchema#convertCatalogTable}}.
We should also update the {{TableSourceTable#getRowType}} because the rowtime
field should be marked as rowtime indicator type.
