Hi Flink Devs, I would like to remind you that we have a 'starter' label [1] to annotate Jira issues which need a contribution and which are not very complicated for the new contributors. The starter issues can be a good opportunity for the new contributors who want to learn about Flink but do not know where to start [2].
When you open a Jira issue, please, pay attention to whether it can be a starter task. Let's try to help on-boarding new contributors!
