Currently, only {{TIMESTAMP}} type can be used as rowtime attribute. Would be
better to support {{TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL ZONE TIME}} as well.
As a workaround, users can cast the TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL ZONE TIME into
TIMESTAMP, {{CAST(ts AS TIMESTAMP)}}.
