Elasticsearch is a [trademark and service
mark|https://www.elastic.co/legal/trademarks]. It's incorrect to use
CamelCase: it's not two words, nor is the internal capital S part of the brand.
Where possible, we should use the single word without an internal capital S,
especially in user documentation.
(Luckily, I don't believe there are any user-facing APIs with incorrect
capitalization.)
