We should update our testcontainers dependency to the latest version, which is
1.16.2
Main benefits (based on
[https://github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-java/releases)]
* Better startup performance for all containers
* Faster Cassandra startup
* Host port access for containers (make hosts ports accessible to containers,
even after the container has started)
* New Azure Cosmos DB module
