Hi Huwei, Welcome to the Flink community :-) There is no need for any JIRA permissions. If you want to get started, then I'd recommend reading the contribution guide [1] and then look for a ticket you like to work on. Once you've found one, then write on it so that a committer can assign you to the ticket.
