Hi Atri, thanks for reaching out! How familiar are you with Flink? I could
imagine that it might make sense to start with addressing a test stability
to understand the Flink codebase, but you could of course also help out
with a review of a PR. For example,
https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/18408 would introduce a new operator
for the batch processing of Flink and
https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/14376 would add Protobuf support for
Flink. If you are interested in a starter task for development, filtering
in Flink's Jira on label=starter will give you some starters tickets. For
example, https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-18704.  This of course
also depends on your area of interest and expertise (connectors, formats,
runtime, REST, etc)

If there's anything that's already interesting for you, I can assign the
issue to you or you can start straight away. If these examples don't fit,
we can also find something more complex of course :)
