{{FlinkImageBuilder}} and {{FlinkContainerBuilder}} are tightly coupled with
using flink-dist to create Flink images on the flight. Some configuration is
currently "hardcoded" in those classes and cannot be controlled by the user
creating the {{{}FlinkContainerTestEnvironment{}}}. For externalized
connectors, we need the setup to be more flexible and to also work with the
existing images published to GHCR, without relying on {{{}flink-dist{}}}.
