The CsvReaderFormat allows the user to pass a {{CsvMapper}} via the factory 
methods.

This is a flawed approach because we generally cannot assume that the mapper is 
actually serializable.

For example adding the JavaTimeModule breaks serialization because it 
internally uses the DateTimeFormatter.
