When running the SQL Client and using flink-sql-connector-kafka, flink-sql-avro
and flink-sql-avro-confluent-registry and trying to query Schema Registry, the
job will fail with

[ERROR] Could not execute SQL statement. Reason:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.google.common.base.Ticker
