FLINK\-17375 removed run\-pre\-commit\-tests.sh in Flink 1.12. Since then the
following tests are not executed anymore:
test\_state\_migration.sh
test\_state\_evolution.sh
test\_streaming\_kinesis.sh
test\_streaming\_classloader.sh
test\_streaming\_distributed\_cache\_via\_blob.sh
