Resource requests/limits are often a question for the Kubernetes operator as it
doesn't follow the standard ResourceRequirements schema used in container-like
resources.
We should leave the current TaskManagerSpec/JobManagerSpec.resource field as
is, deprecate it and introduce a new resources field with the proper schema
