* Fix number of fields of the taxi event from 11 to 10.
** According to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-23926, the number
of fields decreased from 11 to 10.
* Fix broken link
** Fix "use taxi data streams" link. On Chinese document, it seems to be added
additional ancher for this issue.
