when serializing and deserializing SQL job by the following SQL Syntax:
{code:java}
COMPILE PLAN ...;
EXECUTE PLAN ...;{code}
if there are two modules in the environment, some bugs appeard when calling
lookupOptionalSqlOperator():
# if 2 Operators were found, it will return empty;
# foundOperators is not ordered by modules order.
