Happy New Year everyone, I'd like to start the year off by announcing Alexander Fedulov as a new Flink committer.
Alex has been active in the Flink community since 2019. He has contributed more than 100 commits to Flink, its Kubernetes operator, and various connectors [1][2]. Especially noteworthy are his contributions on deprecating and migrating the old Source API functions and test harnesses, the enhancement to flame graphs, the dynamic rescale time computation in Flink Autoscaling, as well as all the small enhancements Alex has contributed which make a huge difference. Beyond code contributions, Alex has been an active community member with his activity on the mailing lists [3][4], as well as various talks and blog posts about Apache Flink [5][6].
