AWS connectors (for example the DynamoDB sink) typically only take in the
resource name and infer the rest of the details needed to fully identify a
resource like the AWS account from the IAM role.
This limits configurability for some use cases like accessing resources in
different accounts and leads to failure modes where different resources are
accessed when Flink apps traverse the credential chain.
